CBO Director: “We Haven’t Seen a Specific Proposal” from Obama on Replacing Sequester

Just so no one is fooled by anything President Obama may say in tonight’s State of the Union address regarding his having a plan to replace sequestration cuts he’s playing the fear-monger game with and which were his idea in the first place:
Contrast that with the GOP-led House, which actually presented and passed a specific plan to replace the sequester, and its not hard to figure out which side has an interest in actually governing and which side only has an interest in demagoguery and fear-mongering.
