Today the American Conservative Union announced that Senator Ron Johnson  will speak at the 40th Annual CPAC being held March 14th –16th, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. From the ACU:

“We are delighted to welcome Senator Johnson back to the CPAC stage in March,” said Al Cardenas, ACU Chairman. “Entering national politics during the conservative upsurge of 2010, Senator Johnson is an independent conservative voice who has brought common-sense business experience to the Senate and will be a crucial voice on our discussion at CPAC about the Benghazi scandal.”

Senator Ron Johnson, a Tea Party favorite burst onto the political scene in 2010 when he beat  Russ Feingold who was running for his fourth term representing Wisconsin in the United States Senate. I know I’m looking forward to seeing him and the rest of the speakers they have lined up for this year’s CPAC.
