   Ray was a big PLAYER in the underside of the CITY of NO,that he UNFORTUNATELY Dubbed the ‘Chocolate City’ after Katrina.We were EMBARRASSED with him as MAYOR,but he&fellow CORRUPT BLACK DEMOCRATS are part of the REASON CRIME is so bad in the ‘Chocolate’ City-Anytime a City is RUN by DEMOCRATS you can bet CORRUPTION is HOW they TAKE CARE of BUSINESS-The question for these NO GOOD PUBLIC ‘servants’ is never ‘HOW CAN I HELP’ instead they asked ‘How much $$$ is this problem going to cost you?’ CREEPY Doing everything HALF ASS&a day,(HELL NO) a MONTH LATE
