Steven Crowder Asked For It

As you’ve probably heard by now, Steven Crowder – a comedian, conservative, and Fox News Contributor among other things, was punched by a union thug at a protest against the Right to Work legislation (now law, yay!) in Michigan.

The usual suspects have tried to downplay the predictable union violence when things don’t go their way. Some have even suggested that it was provoked by Crowder.

There’s only one problem. There’s video.

I’d encourage you do watch from beginning to end. As you’ll see, the people who escalated to violence are the union thugs who couldn’t stand someone who didn’t agree with them having a tent at the protest. Maybe they were pissed that they weren’t contracted to put the tent up?

Anyway, the vital piece of footage starts right at the 1 minute mark. You’ll see a group of men talking on the left side of the screen, right next to the tent. If you’ve seen the video of Crowder getting punched, you’ll recognize one of them – he’s the “puncher.” Then the camera pans to the right and you see a helmeted guy walk past a tall man in a light brown coat. You’ll see the tall man follow the helmeted man to the group of guys which includes the “puncher.” The men surround the helmeted man as he proceeds to start kicking the tent.

This was before the “puncher” punched Crowder who stepped in to try and prevent the tent from going down before people could get out.

Tell me again how Crowder asked for it when the violence had already begun. I dare you.
