Happy Election Day!

I’d like to wish everyone a happy Election Day! It is always amazing to see so many people go to the polls in order to cast their vote for who they believe should govern for the coming years. It’s a right that people have fought bravely for, and that some still don’t have in many parts of the world.

On a more depressing note, it is saddening to see how people decide not to vote simply because the lines at the polls are ‘too long’. That, if anything, is a sign that freedom only is a generation away from extinction (in the words of Ronald Reagan).

Happy voting, and hopefully we will have a president-elect in Mitt Romney when we wake up on Wednesday.
