Sandy Springs: The City That Outsourced Everything

Via Economic Freedom I happened to stumble upon a video, created by Reason, about a city in Georgia, just north of Atlanta. Sandy Springs could be just like any other city struggling to fund its operations, but it’s not.
The video is almost 8 minutes long, but well worth your time if you’re interested in how you can run a city based on small-government principles:
