Markos Moulitsas: Political Genius

Markos Moulitsas, of blaming Sarah Palin for the Gabby Giffords shooting fame, has once again put his keen political acumen on display. After reading a post over at Buzzfeed which said that the newly-formed Romney/Ryan ticket would part ways with Romney heading to Florida and Ryan going to Iowa, Markos gave us this nugget of political insight:
Ha ha ha, they’re keeping Ryan as far away from Florida as possible. buzzfeed.com/zekejmiller/ry…
#Medicare— Markos Moulitsas (@markos) August 12, 2012
Of course! That has to be it! I mean, if a deep-thinker like Markos says it, it has to be true, right? Forget that it is common practice for running mates to split up and campaign in different place or that President Obama and Vice-President also campaigned separately in 2008. Markos is on it.
Oh, wait… what’s this?
In Senior-Rich Florida, Ryan Will Discuss Medicare
Rep. Paul Ryan (R., Wis.), Mitt Romney’s newly announced running mate, will head to central Florida next weekend and likely confront questions about his proposal to overhaul Medicare for future seniors.
The trip will be a test for Mr. Ryan, who as chairman of the House Budget Committee has spent more than a year refining and advocating for his proposal to create a system that would allow seniors, as an alternative to Medicare, to use government-funded vouchers to help offset the cost of private insurance. Florida’s large senior population – combined with its status as a battleground state – will put any proposed changes to Medicare under scrutiny.
A statement from the Romney campaign Sunday evening said that Mr. Ryan, while in Florida, would talk about the GOP ticket’s plan “to strengthen Medicare.’’
What?! This can’t be! Markos told me that they were keeping Paul Ryan as far away from Florida as possible!
Paul Ryan is going to Florida to specifically talk about Medicare. Of course, judging from the nonsense that gets posted over on his site, he probably thinks that “keeping Ryan as far away as far away from Florida as possible” is the same thing as, ya know, actually going there to campaign.

Ryan needs to start at The Villages and let the world spread from that base.
Uh… let the “word” spread. (duh.)
Markos with his Kos website are breeders of hate.
