Democrat In Sex Scandal Drops Out Of Race

While all eyes are fixed on Missouri, here’s some news from Minnesota:

Minnesota DFL 7B Representative Gauthier called the Northland’s News Center just before 5 p.m. Wednesday to say that he decided to pull out of the race.

Gauthier says there’s too much political fall out and it’s too hard on him psychologically.

He doesn’t know what he’s going to do but he knows that staying in the race will be too hard on him emotionally.

Gauthier went on to say the problem stems from his past unwillingness to accept himself as a gay man.

He said that led him to engage in this inappropriate liaison with a teenaged boy in a public place.

    The “DFL” is the “Democratic Farmer-Labor Party”…the Democratic Party in Minnesota. These are the same Democrats who got so vexed and incensed when a Republican U.S. Senator from Idaho got arrested for NOT having sex (nor any sort of actual human contact!), at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport restroom. And again, when a GOP U.S. Representative from Florida was found out for sending suggestive and flirty e-mails to young men who were Congressional Pages. Again, NO sex, no human contact, but Pelosi nearly burst a blood vessel, and her face-lift almost showed an emotion over the fact that the Republicans, somehow, “let” a party member “get away with” his “molesting of children” (though they were hundreds of miles apart!). So, here’s what we learn: Republicans don’t even have to have sex to be involved in a sex scandal! Democrats, even when caught in the act, will lie and deny. Then they’ll hang their heads and mumble an apology, make excuses, blame others, then promise to be good in the future (“Really…I mean it, I will be good next time!”). Party flacks excuse them, and even aggressively defend them (“It’s just about sex…that’s all it is! Nothin’ to see there!”, James “Snakehead” Carville assured us about Monica-gate).Some even offer a bargain…that they’ll work even harder “for the People”, either in their present political positions, or the ones they aspire to! Basically, they are saying that if you’ll look the other way from their crimes and indiscretions, they’ll double down and be even more of a partisan Democrat than ever before! Nice.
