Workers at a day care center in Delaware not only encouraged two three year-olds to “fight it out,” but decided that it would be a good idea to make a video of their ridiculousness. From Delaware Online:

An organized battle between two toddlers that police say was encouraged by three day care workers and videotaped has resulted in their arrest and the Dover center having its license suspended.

Hands of Our Future LLC day care, at 868 S. State St., was named as the site of the coordinated fight by the staffers, court documents show.

Tiana Harris, 49, of Forrest Creek Drive in Dover; Lisa Parker, 47, of S. Governors Boulevard near Dover; and Estefania Myers, 21, of Dickens Lane near Felton each were charged with two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangering, nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child and conspiracy, Dover Police Capt. Tim Stump said.

Seriously? These people were entrusted with the care and safety of children and then apparently decided their amusement or making some ‘fight club’ type of video was more important that fulfilling their obligation?  Unbelievable.

Of the awful people in this world, these folks are right up there my book. I hope they get to do some research on jail cells in the near future. Who knows? Maybe they’ll get to experience some of their own tactics while they’re there.
