FreePAC in a word? AWESOME. I was lucky enough to be able to attend the fantastic event FreedomWorks held in Dallas yesterday and I just wanted to take a few minutes to share some of my experience and what I took away from there.

All the speakers were absolutely fantastic. While C.L. Bryant and Stephen Kruiser were my favorites, all the speakers stressed a very important point: We need to keep the House and win the Senate and the White House. I think this is particularly important to remember because I have spoken to people who aren’t very excited about Mitt Romney and have said they are more concerned with the House and Senate. The problem with that thinking is you can pass whatever legislation you like to do things like repeal Obamacare, but if President Obama is still in the White House after January? He’s not going to sign it under any circumstance. So we need to remember that we have to have all three to accomplish anything.

During FreePAC, I had the opportunity to talk to some of the people that came from all around the country to attend the event like the Pynaert Family from Plymouth, Indiana. Michael, Dawn, and their son Gage, made the trip to Dallas in support of  Indiana Senate candidate Richard Mourdock, although I am sure Glenn Beck being there played a role as well. They were an exceptionally nice family that’s very excited to cast their votes for Mitt Romney in November. Almost as excited as they are that Gage will be attending Hillsdale College in the Fall.

I also want to thank Kristina Ribali for all the hard work she put in for us at FreePAC. Her tireless efforts made everything run like clockwork for us bloggers, especially the needy ones like me. She took very good care of us and anything we needed she was there to help us.

One last thing I have to tell you about. They had lobster mashed potatoes at the post-event reception. Neener-neener!!
