This was very difficult to listen to. I cannot believe that this particular woman still has a job. How can one even question why our young people are called “useful idiots” and why Obama, you know the one we’re not allowed to talk about, goes out of his way to “suck up” to these youngsters and apparently several adults whose IQ probably falls somewhere in the range of this woman’s.
This teacher needs to be removed, permanently, from the classroom. Just listen to her rants… in a classroom of all places. Her removal needs to be demanded, and swift.

This is suppose to be something new? Teaching towards liberalism has been in the classrooms for years. Educationals teaching has been down for that long and liberal teachings up. This article should have stated where this was and who the teacher was so parents could handle this situation. Why wasn’t it if it was important enough to print?
This woman is absolutely insane and shouldn’t be a teacher. For her to say that people were arrested for saying things about Bush she is dilustional. People will only be arrested for threatening the President. If she is a teacher and is allowed to fight with her students like this there is something wrong with the educational system.

As for obama, he has practically ruined our country. He knows nothing, does nothing except play golf, basketball and go on campaign tours and vacations. He is certainly not a president.

my sons attended this school for a very short time after we moved here from NY, I pulled them out after a year. never cared for this school. They went on to get their GED’s as the school wouldn’t let them transfer anywhere. don’t get me wrong, not all of the teachers were horrible there, but within the last 2 years a couple of them were even arrested for inappropriate behavior with the students and are serving time…so glad this student got this on this teacher. I wish this teacher would have continued her rant on the Tea Party though…you know she would have had that all twisted as well. but she isn’t the only one in that school with that mentality! Liberalism is big in the class room, parents need to be aware of what’s going on!!! you can’t expect anything more from a liberal teacher, can you? they’ve been indoctrinated themselves and taught lies!

I don’t know where to start here! I’m a former Police Officer of 10 years. Her contention that not every person is read their Miranda Rights upon arrest shows her stupidity to the utmost. Miranda Rights are read before any questioning of a crime, it does not have to be read immediately upon arrest! ONLY before you are questioned about a crime! A lot of officers do read them at the time of arrest to get it out of the way, but it is not legally necessary to do so upon an arrest. As to the teacher wanting to control what her students are supposed to think, doesn’t surprise me. Obama himself has gone the history books and changed bibliographies of prior presidents to say how they were either like Obama or influenced by his perfect policies and economic intelligence.

This student is far more intellegent than this ranting teacher. It is clear that her students have no respect for her. I can see why.
This is why we home school, we just could not understand any teachers promoting men like Obama, tellng my children he is, the next thing to God. No not my kids. She is fighting for her job. I am saying fire her. Tried of schools thinking they can brain wash and not teach kids.

There is a comment by someone who says they are the father of this boy and that this isn’t the first time, but that stuff like this happens every day. He has already removed his son from the school and enrolled him in another school.
This woman is insane. After reading this story, but before opening up the Right Scoop, I told my husband “I wonder if this teacher is from Hoke County (NC)”.. I see that she’s not too far from there. The teachers in Hoke County.. at least many of those at East Hoke Middle School (including the principal) are in love with Obama as much as this loon is. So glad that my kids do not attend school there anymore.

She is not only refusing this.young man his.right to free speech, when questioned about the noise, she lied. It is everyone’s right to question the abilities of the person who is running our country, whether in office or running for office. Unfortunately not enough questions were asked before the last election. If the questions were asked, we sure didn’t hear the.true answers or he wouldn’t be in office in the first place.

This is clearly not the school I went to, nor the Social Studies class I had. We are Americans. It is not only our right to question our leadership, it’s our responsibility! The fact that this teacher seems to want to stop a mind which is eager to share his views is a sign of someone who is not teaching, but forcing a veiw. Is this really what our education system has become? Did she really say that as a teacher it is her responsibilty to make sure nothing bad is said about a president past or present? Did she really tell that lie?
Wow, I’ve begun to appreciate my time in the NJ education system much more. Thank you Mr. Beem for actually making SS fun. Not only teaching us our responsiblities as citizens, but guiding minds to a point that raises questions about our leadership and establishment to ensure that we are doing our part, as Americans, to make sure we remain the land of the free and home of the brave. I agree. I want none of our children exposed to this blatantly leftist-socialist programming. The experience many of our school children are having today bares no resemblance to an honest education with the free exchange of ideas.
This teacher and all teachers pulling anything even remotely resembling this crap need to be not only terminated but blacklisted (if need be) from any future positions of responsibility and/or persuasion.

I find it hard to believe that she actually went to college and was able to pass, getting a degree. I am assuming that she wasn’t near the top of the class. She should not be allowed near a classroom. This is a perfect example of the bad side of tenure. Suspended with pay, paid vacation? Parents! You need to organize and set up a parent class auditing program. Every so often a parent will sit in a class and review the teacher. If you do not, you will have no idea of the bad things that may be happening in your school. Some teachers really do need their licenses revoked.
This is a typpical example of the quality of the teachers that are in the classroom teaching our kids. These left wing liberals who spout off on their liberal agendas to indoctrinate our kids. We need to teach children from the old school instead of dumbing them down. This Country is outranked but at least 10 other Countries in te world and that is surely a sad state of affairs. this teacher should be fired immediately, but she won’t be because the thugs in the Teachers Union will keep her on no matter how she affects the students. It is really a shame, but parents need to take a real look at what is being taught to their kids on a daily basis. I live in Chicago, and our school system here cusks big time because of the Government interfering in every issue at every school. I went to a public school 50 years ago and the kids were smarter then that they are now. In this Country we outspend other Countries and a lot of kids cannot read by the time they are in 6th grade. What does that say about education and why is it allowed to go on. We need to stand up for our kids and our grandkids as they are the future of this Country. I shudder when I think about their futures, and where they will end up.

The student who brought up the subject is obviously more educated than the teacher on laws and the rights of free speech. The young man also has far better communication and debate skills. He should be teaching the class instead of her.
