Shocker: President of Arby’s Group is an Obama, Clinton, and Edwards Donor
Just like with Carbonite, it looks like we may have another case of people who run companies letting their own personal politics affect their decision-making. But Hala Moddelmog, president of Arby’s Group, Inc. who just pulled its Arby’s ads on Rush Limbaugh’s show, is not just an Obama donor like David Friend of Carbonite, Inc. In fact, Moddelmog donated to John Edwards, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama during the 2008 election cycle. From Open Secrets:

Well, at least the Arby’s Group PAC she gave to donated mainly to Republicans. But giving to your employer’s PAC? That’s kinda like buying those awful chotchkies from your boss’s kids when they do those fundraiser deals. You really don’t have much of a choice.
