The guy keeping Gingrich in the race for much of its recent life has thrown in the towel, but not without some parting shots at the other candidates too:

Did you catch all that? Santorum is too socially conservative (or maybe just outspoken more about it, because Gingrich and Romney have essentially the same basic social views as Rick), and Romney is no better than Obama when it comes to not answering questions and voting ‘present.’ Adelson didn’t seem to like that too much.

But at least they have a fighting chance to win the thing, unlike Gingrich. Adelson recognizes that:

“It appears as though he’s at the end of his line,” Adelson told a small group Monday at The Jewish Federations of North America’s TribeFest, held at the Venetian. “I mean, mathematically, he can’t get anywhere near the numbers.”

Like Ed Morrissey said: “when a successful casino owner starts talking about mathematical impossibilities, it means something.”

Dont agree with Adelson either – Media and Establishment has pushed and pushed Romney down our throats – I resented the lie ads in Romney ads – the lies were wrong and mislead So 40 million to destroy a really qualified candidate? So Romney bought first place with lies. Still chafes my britches!
Newt can take on the Dem Machine like no other – He was targeted from the beginning, and the establishment will be so so so sorry! Fools
